The community forum is a discussion board, so there’s no need to wait for a live response - subscribe to the topic, and you can get back to your day and be notified by email as soon as there’s a reply.
When you have one, come back, see the answer you’ve got, and continue the conversation if needed. If the answer got you everything you need, then you can mark that answer as the “best answer”, which means that people with similar questions in future can find their answers much more easily.
