Is there anyone working in Hong Kong Console Connect? No one to follow up the new port order for two month.

 

Our account Manager is completely unreachable. We escalated to VP Benny and no reply from him also.

 

 

 

Hi Dennis, thanks for reaching out! In talking to the folks here I believe that you’ve had a reply to your enquiry already through one of the other channels you’ve used, so hopefully everything should be in hand now. If you can’t find it let me know and I’ll be happy to dig into it further.
