Depending on where you are in the world and the connectivity available to you, lead times may vary, but we’ll tailor our approach to your circumstances to make sure your needs are met.

How do you know if your building is on-net? It couldn’t be simpler.
Head over to the Console Connect pricing page and start an order for a new Edge Port. It’ll be an additional option right next to other connections, like so:
Just click to price up an Edge Port and you’ll be asked to enter the address of your building. We’ll search our database and if we can connect to your location, it’ll come up. Here’s what it looks like:
After that, you’ll move on to choosing your bandwidth and contract term, which will give you the price for that port, as well as an estimate on the lead time that will apply. Remember, depending on the location you’re looking to connect to, costs and lead times may vary.
Just hit Add to Estimate and it’ll add the port to the pricing page, allowing you to save your estimate or continue to order. When you do proceed to order, we’ll take all the information we need to get you set up. Don’t forget to have the details to hand for the main contact at the site, as we may need to get in touch with them to complete setup.
