Console Connect 8.3 introduces a new dashboard widget that makes it easier to know and contact your Account Manager. Several UI bugs were fixed and some security vulnerabilities addressed. Read below for further details.

What’s new

The Console Connect dashboard and welcome page now feature an Account Manager section, letting you immediately contact your Account Manager using in-app chat. The chat function also sends them an e-mail, just in case they aren’t logged in.

  • A small navigation bug on the dashboard
  • A bug affecting the way port names are displayed in emails
  • An issue with the display of ASNs for CloudRouters
  • A bug with the "Contact support" link when deleting a CloudRouter
  • Other small bug fixes
