Hi, I’m David, Senior User Researcher with the Console Connect Design Team.
This quarter, the Design teams in Brisbane and London are conducting extensive usability testing of our designs for Console Connect.
The best test participants are our customers, and if you are interested in helping to improve Console Connect we would love to hear from you.
The testing projects will be a mix of short online-only tests (5-10 mins) and testing interviews that are 30-45 mins long.
The features and product designs we will be looking at include:
- Billing and account management on the platform
- Support ticketing
- A cleaner process for ordering access ports on the platform
- Integrating Marketplace (third-party) products into the Console Connect pricing calculator
- Designs for the new Live Media Transport feature
Testing these designs with the people using them helps us produce a high-quality user experience.
We want to speak to customers from a range of roles, including:
- IT Infrastructure
- Network engineers
- Accounts Payable
- Solutions Architects
All external participants will be offered an Amazon voucher (value depends on activity) to thank them for their time.
